I tried out openSUSE aeon which is basically microos with gnome on top, overall pretty good immutable distro with sane defaults. Gnome isn't crashing at all which is good, but librewolf was acting up with mouse2 drawing next window. I think microos is great but i'm not a fan of podman, i just find it confusing. I'm fairly certain some podman images i'm trying to install aren't compatible with my system in some way. Distrobox makes living on microos easier but running terminal applications isn't fun: arrow keys, å, ä & ö show up as _ and there's noticable slowdown with heavy gui stuff. I'd say day to day work is more enjoyable on regular tumbleweed than microos.
